The design of the shoes is intended to provide stability, support the feet and give protection during even intense workouts and seminars. Wear the Shoes Adidas Contestant Pro both on tatami and on harder, more difficult surfaces. With use, these shoes tend to sag and adapt to the shape of your foot: a smaller than usual size is recommended. Ideal for Taekwondo and Karate.
