Frequently asked questions

The commission is calculated on the entire order based on the products and brands purchased by customers (see table on this page). They are not counted in the commissions: Cancelled orders, returns, orders paid for with gift cards and shipping costs.

You can choose to be paid by bank transfer or with a purchase voucher to spend on CombatArena.net. To receive the transfer you must have reached the threshold of 200 € in commissions and you will need to issue an invoice. Alternatively, you can choose to donate your commission to a charity. In this case we will add the amount to our annual donation. Learn more about our donation program. Your name will be added to the donor page.

You will be paid when you reach €200 commission or after 180 days.

Yes, we only accept invoices from ASD VAT holders or VAT-registered instructors/professionals. If you cannot issue an invoice, request payment by means of a purchase voucher to be used on CombatArena.net

There can be several reasons: Your student has canceled their order, paid with a gift card, added products from brands that are not compatible with affiliation to their cart, or forgot to enter your affiliate code.

You cannot use your affiliate discount code for your orders.
