Waybill is how DHL identifies the return label. Therefore Waybill and Return Label are the same thing.
The waybill number is the alphanumeric code that appears below the horizontal barcode on the waybill (or return label). An example of a waybill number is: JJD00000000000
From the time you receive the return label you have 7 calendar days to ship the return. If you are unable to ship within that time contact our customer service department.
We will issue the refund/credit when the return is returned to our warehouses and inspected. It takes 2-4 business days to return to the warehouses, and it takes an additional 2-3 business days to inspect the return and issue the refund.
The return label is prepaid and you will not have to pay any money to either the post office agent or the courier who picks up at your home.
Once your return has been shipped, you can check the status of your shipment by entering your waybill number (return label) in the form on this page under "track your return."
