What makes it special
La Reflex Ball OSU is the perfect training accessory for working on the hand-eye coordination and reflexes. Great for training even when you're at home and don't have a sparring partner. The kit consists of a headband with adjustable Velcro to attach to your head, 4 balls with elastic bands that offer different levels of difficulty and spare rubber bands. In addition, rounding out the kit is a bag in which to store the OSU Reflex Ball, to carry it always with you. You will also find instructions for use and training tips in the package.

Maintain correct posture during training
Check the condition of the elastic and the clasp before training, to prevent the elastic from breaking during practice and the ball hitting you.
Do not use goggles when using the OSU Reflex Ball.
